Abstract

So far the known distribution is eastern, from Finland in the north, to Ukraine in the south. Prunus L. is added as a new host plant. The two findings of larvae in 2013 and 2018 are in both cases on Prunus padus L . A reared female in captivity however chose to oviposit on Prunus cerasus L. instead of P.padus. In Finland the favored host plant is Sorbus aucuparia L. (one observation on Amelanchier spicata (Lam.) K. Koch).
